Some days you don't want to carry everything in your kit, or you need just a pen and needle to toss in your backpack for a hike or class. This case allows you to safely carry your insulin pen with a capped needle and helps protect the pen and keep the cap in place. I tend to be bad about using alcohol wipes every injection, but you can wrap one around your pen if you're a better diabetic than I am :)
Printed in PETG for durability, this box closes with six 6 mm x 3 mm magnets. Due to the Boolean/ negative errors, this model cannot be fully exported with the negatives, so you do have the option to change magnet sizes or shapes as needed. There is even a little thumb latch to mark the top and bottom.
THE HINGE IS NOT PRINTED IN PLACE. You will need to use 3 small pieces of filament to complete the hinge. See the filament hinge tutorial at https://www.printables.com/model/450954-filament-hinge-tutorial by @SteveS42's detailed description on how to finish this hinge.
This will fit a pen with an attached needle up to 6.5" x 0.5" (170 mm x 15 mm).
