Replacement toolhead for AD5M. Fan grilles removed from both sides, makes it way more quiet and lets air move freely.
Uses all of the original hardware without any modifications.
Printed in 2 (or 3) parts; main body and bottom part. Print as oriented (the bottom part should be laying down, to make all the holes and pins nice and round). Tree supports very much recommended.
Takes 5mm long x 4.5mm OD m3 heat set inserts. 4 goes to the bottom side, 3 to the topside, where the extruder mounts. Plus 2 for the bottom part.
Bottom part mounts to the main body with 2 m3 screws, you can use anything between 5-7mm long screws that has 4-7mm wide scrwe head. Although, if you use strong adhesive, it should hold together without screws, but i wanted to play safe here.
Front plate is optional, but it should help a bit directing bit more airflow to the heatbreak and add extra rigidity.
Print with something heat-resistant like pet-cf, pa6-cf/gf etc.
NOTICE: The tolerances are very tight for the bottom part, this way i could ensure everything lines up and nozzle clicks into place perfectly without any play. If you don't have perfectly calibrated printer and/or you use filament that shrinks, some light massaging with a knife might be needed. Make sure to test fit everything before gluing all the parts together!

CHANGELOG:
- V2.1 : I got reports that people couldn't make conch fit at all, i tweaked the bottom geometry just slightly around the hole, plus i added some more thickness to the wall around the spring so it doesn't bend under high heat. Also added small ridges to the main body to add strength plus the top side now slots nicely in so you don't have to hold it before gluing.

- Added V2 of the toolhead design. Compatible with Original, AliExpress and the new Phaetus Conch hotend. Slightly tweaked the toolhead and made new front panel.
- Added a STEP-file for the toolhead for anyone that wants to modify it further.
