An over-engineered 10mm microphone arm with clips for 6mm cable.
The arm is very strong and can hold a lot of weight. It can also be used to hold any item you like if you design a suitable holder for it
I printed it with ABS 0.2mm. I recommend 3 wall loops, 3 Top/Bottom Layers and >25% infill
For the arm to be stable you have to screw it to your desk via the bottom flanged hub
