I was inspired by the Costco Cart Tray by K_Muller, and I started working on modifications to that design (initially to make it fit on my Prusa MINI) when I discovered that the designer did not allow for remixes. This being the case, I started working on a completely new design. My redesign is hinged, making it foldable, and has the phone holder moved to the back of the tray. This design is also slightly larger; maximized to the Prusa MINI's print volume.
I printed it out in PLA with a layer height of 0.3mm and only 5% infill. Only minimal supports are required on the base supports.
Total print time on the MINI for the 4 beds is under 11 hours.
I used these Ø2mm stainless steel rods that I cut to length for the hinge pin although filament seems to work fine as well.
