This is the external spool extender I've been designing and testing for weeks, finally the https://www.printables.com/model/1395533-rear-right-handle-for-external-spool-use-compatibl can be used with the external spool keeping a safe distance between the handle, the AMS hub and the spool.
This is another accesory I made for Jakob_K_Design's amazing AMS Flipper ( https://makerworld.com/en/models/1363398-ams-flipper-better-access-to-your-p1s-x1c#profileId-1770033 ), now I'm working on a Y-Splitter that fits this setup.
Recommendations: PETG is the way to go, I've minized material in MANY spots so PETG's flexibility is a big advantage. I suggest going for 4 walls with 20% infill-Cubic without Infill Combination and capping printing speeds under 200mm/s.
