JUMP Minimalist Optic Riser

JUMP is a minimalist optic riser designed for use with toy dart blasters.

Available in 30, 35, or 40mm riser heights with either 0 or 3 degree forward cants.

Mix and match as needed to suit your preference and blaster performance.

The “NoInsert” files have undersized holes for direct threading of M3 screws. Use the standard files with M3 heat sets for increased thread durability if you expect to re-configure the riser often.

The mounting slots found on the riser files are all modeled with 0.15mm clearance to easily install onto 3DP rails. Once tightened, the sides should deform enough to take up any slop on the mount.

1. M3x25mm x2

2. M3x10mm x2

3. M3 Hex Nut x2

4. (Optional) M3x5x4mm Heat Set ("Voron Spec")

Print Instructions:

1. Riser

   • Print the main body with the angled face flat on the bed.

   • Supports aren't required if your printer can handle the bridge across the rear of the riser. If not, enable support on the inside.

   • The thin spars of the mount are prone to warping due to cooling issues. Either slow down your print or just print with supports. Or print other tall parts; whatever it takes to slow down your layer times.

2. Rail Section

   • Nothing complicated here, just print them flat on the bed with the pic slots facing up.
