Elegoo Phecda Case

After purchasing the Elegoo Phecda, I encountered unpleasant smells at home and inconsistent cutting results. Despite these issues, the device remains highly precise and operates exceptionally well. Consequently, I decided to create a case for the laser. Here’s the result, and I’m quite happy with it, so I share the design files here for anyone having the same idea.

The wooden base enhances stability and enables the alignment of a 400x400 honeycomb base. 3D printed bases allow the case to be closed using wooden plates. 3D printed top piles enable the system to be closed using acrylic plastic sheets (I had them manufactured externally, which wasn’t too expensive). A magnetic adapter on the top allows for ventilation connection. A hole in the base allows for another ventilation to connect to the bottom of the case.

In addition to the 3D printed parts you need:

• Acrylic plastic plates (4mm) according to the plans in the PDF.
  (The plans worked fine for me, to have a perfect fit, you can print the 4 top holders first and then measure the distance before ordering the acrylic panels yourself)

• Two 680x680x4mm wooden plates for the base

• Four ~610x91x3mm wooden plates for the side covers

• USB Video camera if you want to build the top camera too (Example AliExpress)

• Some screws (mostly M3 and M4)

• Glue
