Has your Sonicare toothbrush stopped working properly.  Does it sound like it's shaking itself apart.  If so, repair is simple, with the right tools.  Grab yourself a small Phillips screw driver, a couple of hot gun glue sticks (no glue gun required), a lighter, and print a couple of the disassembly tools.

When printing, I would recommend using 100%  infill.  I used PTEG for these prints, but PLA should work as well.

Instructions for repair using photos:

Use a lighter to heat the glue sticks.  Stick them to the bottom of the tooth brush (part that sits in the charger).  Move them around a little to get a good area of contact.  Let the glue cool completely.

Grasp the glue sticks and the toothbrush and pull apart to remove the bottom base piece.

Peel the glue sticks off of the bottom base piece.

There are two spring loaded clips that hold the internals of the toothbrush in place.  They are located just past the white plastic tabs that look like retaining clips, but are not.

Install a printed Sonicare disassembly clip on both sides of the toothbrush, making sure that the flat sides are towards the outside of the toothbrush.  The angled surfaces of the two tools will be towards each other.

Push the tools down as far as they will go and then push the metal end of the toothbrush against a flat surface to separate.  If the internals do not come out easily, check that the wedges are installed with the flat surfaces flat against the outer toothbrush casing.

Tighten the screw at the top of the toothbrush. Loctite may be used for a more permanent repair.

To reassemble, insert the internals and push them in until they click.  Install the back and push it in until it clicks.  The back will only go in one way.  Try rotating it 180° if it doesn't click into place.
