A simple cable tie mount that is compatible with the excellent EMS (Electronics Management System) designed by @FizzysTech.
This works with the mounts here - I typically use “Mount A”, but it should work with most of them. I have designed it to be able to be fixed using a standard M3 SHCS, which can be adjusted along its axis.
It is on the beefy side, to allow it to secure thicker cables - for the initial design, USB cables between MCU's and the classic goto Waveshare HUB.
I have printed it in ASA using the standard VORON parts profile.
