The original metal bracket broke and, due to the door's cabinet finishing weight, the dishwasher tipped over my wife's foot - thankfully, no harm.
So, instead of by a new metal one, patch the cabinet holes to make new ones, I design this bracket and tab set to reposition the dishwasher inside the kitchen cabinet.
The bracket goes against the cabinet inner walls with two screws and the big slot in the front allows some movent to position the machine before fasten. The ability to move the machine a bit from side to side was necessary to make the finishing at dishwasher door to sit flush with the cabinet. Honestly I hate this finish in front of the dishwasher door, it is super heavy and only put stress on everything, but it was this way when I arrived, so it will be this way - and I digress… The tab is designed to slide in the same cavity the metal tab was, luckily it is about 3mm large, enough for a strong print and from there it is screwed to the bracket. This also makes it easy to remove the dishwasher without stressing the screw holes on the cabinet (as the particulate material used on the cabinet is sub-ideal and does not last if screws goes in and out).
I printed in PETG with 4 wall loops and 75% infill , no supports (the big slot bridges just fine) on a Creality K1. To mount, used 4x wood screw (re-purposed from the metal bracket) to secure the bracket on the cabinet, 2x M4 screws and 2x M4 nuts plus 4x washers to fix the two tabs on the two brackets.
I included the STEP files and FreeCad plans as well. Due to the geometry on bracket rib (the curved reinforcement), FreeCAD struggles to filet and end up exporting a non manifold part. So I exported STEPs without filleting. If I have to revisit this design I would change the rib geometry to make for a easy fillet transition.
