Fusion parametric file with a new re-design from scratch. Improved fit for my MSI laptop. The same pattern could work for many other brands. If your computer looks like mine, then it might fit.
The new design features a power plug you can take out any time. This was an annoyance with the original. I want to be able to take my laptop and power supply without taking apart this whole contraption:) Now so can YOU!
One M4 screw is all you'll need, no nut. Just screw the M4 directly into the plastic and it's plenty strong.
Printing
The recommended orientation is insides down, like in the included 3MF file. If you flip them the other way, the fillets end up looking and feeling terrible. I did it all for the fillets. Use supports for the inner cavities, it will not be visible once closed, and the rough surfaces will help to grip the plugs.
