I bought this saw guide from a bargain bin table for a few dollars. It was missing some parts and replacements from Milescraft was cheap enough but 10 to 12 dollars to ship made it not worth it. I had nothing to measure. All items were made from sight from pictures.
Knobs: Easy enough. Use 3 for 4 walls, 020 layer, 25 to 35% infill, add support for hex holes. Glue in 6mm nut.
Saw Clamps: Still Easy. Use 4 for 5 walls, 020 layer, 50% infill. Use 5mm screws. Tight thread fit. I did not want to make them loose and more prone to strip out. I used a cut off piece of hex wrench in a drill to run the screw in and out several times until it loosened. I added a film of lithium grease to the threads.
Guide Cover: Two-to-three-hour print Use 3 walls, 020 layer, 25% infill, add support for holes. Use two 5mm screws for mounting.
PLA filament used was SuperFila Wine Red and Anycubic Silver Silk purchased from Amazon.
