You will need a ¼" - 20 Long screw/bolt, 2 or 3 nuts ¼-20 a #10 Bolt and nut ( I got mine from a harbor freight storehouse kit) a washer, wider is better, but the hole should still be small, maybe a fender washer?
Concrete to weight it down.
In my design I split two of the parts to be able to print TPU, not sure if this makes a huge difference or not, in my prototype I've done PLA, but since this will be holding PCB's might be better to at least do PETG if not ABS or a higher temp filament to prevent warping
When pouring the concrete make sure the level adjustment screw and bolt are in.
