I designed a sliding checkbox which snaps into position by little 3mm x 1mm neodyme round magnets.
You can colorize the two fields like i did (using a Prusa XL 2T) or any other multicolor printers or leave it in one single color.
Don't forget to insert pauses for inserting the magnets if you want to use them.
The textfield has the dimensions of 20mm x 100mm. The whole piece is 150mm x 24mm x 4mm.
You can arrange more of the sliders to get a “table” with as many copies as you like.
Print settings are standard ones - so no special settings are needed.
