Use this model with a standard 85 mm screw cap you can find on jars like Bonne Maman marmelade and some vegetables.
Use it as a biscuit box (perfect diameter for Prince Choco), or any storage you want. Also perfect for 3dconnexion 3d mouse.
Several heights available from 20 to 200 mm.
/!\ You should print only the last 10 mm to check if the screw is OK on your machine before printing full height. If necessary, adjust X and Y scale to make it perfect.
I used these parameters, on Cura it made a nearly continous print (no infill within the screw) => no stringing even in PETG :
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- layer height 0.1 mm (if your slicer has adaptative layer, use it to save time !)
- Wall line width : 0.45 mm
- Wall line count : 3
- top layers : 0
- bottom layers : 8
- infill : 0%
