Let's design a 3D model adapter quickly. This escalated quickly when one could just use a pipe of 9mm ID pipe instead :-) But hey it does work. Don't forget to drill out to exactly 9mm!
Note that the v1 model contains the fully formed ELMEX internal thread while the V2 contains a simple 8.8mm - open with a drill bit to fit exact 9mm - in order for a snug fit with the ELMEX tube (ignoring the thread).
