UPDATE;
I’ve thinned the walls to make this use a little less filament and fit a wider head range.
UPDATE 2;
I’ve also included a larger head version for 190mm heads, or for room for foam. It also has thinner walls for less material usage.
Inner diameter is 180mm in width, please measure your head to the widest section around the crown slightly above your temple.
You may need to do some slight heat warping if this doesn't quite fit.
Uses approximately 850g of filament
Printed with the following settings;
Tree Supports = On
Brim = On
Infill = 20%
Walls = 3
Top walls = 4
Bottom walls = 4
Infill = Grid
Surface patterns = Monotonic
