The canbus cable on my 2.4 sticks straight out of the top of the toolhead so I designed this to add room to get the full height out of the printbed and reduce strain on the cable.

It is put together with M3x8mm buttonhead screws and the normal m3 heatset inserts. I used a mix of T nuts and hammerhead nuts to attach to the extrusion rail.

Also needed is 1960 mm of 2020 extrusion cut into 2 510 mm pieces and 2 470 mm pieces with the ends tapped and drilled to connect them similarly as the frame is connected.

I attached the printed canopy pieces to the cut extrusion pieces before attaching them to my printer but it would be easier to attach the printed canopy pieces to the top of the printer (after removing the acrylic top panel) then attaching the top frame to that.

Also included are corner pieces that slide in to cover the cut extrusion corners.

You'll see the front middle piece in the pictures isn't the same as the designed one because I had ran out of green filament and the only differences are cosmetic (logos on the outside and the logo that is on the inside that you can see through the plastic isn't backwards, other than that the specs are the same as the back/middle pieces.

This was my first experience cutting and drilling and tapping extrusion, the corner pieces cover my sins. I used a cordless sawzall and a metal blade and clamps and this model(https://www.printables.com/model/316518-mitre-box-for-2020-extrusions) to help with cuts.

The step files for a 300mm bedded voron end in 460. The corners are the same pieces and the middles are just smaller. I haven't printed those so buyer beware!
