Adapter plate for Switchbot Smartlock pro // Adapterplatte für Switchbot Smartlock Pro

i had the problem that the switchbot pro didn't hold tight enough on my door. Because my lock is not flat on my door. The lock is about 10mm high and it is only a small round area. So the original plate didn't hold tight enough because of not enough space for the tape on the original plate.

My adapter plate fits between my door and the original mounting plate from Switchbot. The adapter is taped on the door under the round area where the key goes in. And on the other side the adapter is taped to the original mounting plate.

My adapter is 8mm high so the tape fits between the door and also between the adapter plate. The plate can easily be scaled in the slicer to your needed size.

Printed in pla with 20% infill and 0.2mm layer.
I had to grind the surface of the adapter plate a little bit to make sure that the tape will hold tight.

Ich hatte das Problem, dass mein Smartlock Pro nicht ordentlich an meinem Türschloss gehalten hat, da mein Schloss von einer 10mm “hohen” runden Erhebung umgeben ist. Die Fläche um das Schloss herum ist zu klein, als das das Klebepad auf der original Befestigungsplatte genug halt am Schloss findet.

Meine Adapterplatte passt zwischen die Tür und der originalen Befestingungsplatte. Der Adapter wird mit doppelseitigem Klebeband an Tür und originaler Befestigungsplatte geklebt und sorgt so für deutlich besseren Halt, da die Klebefläche deutlich vergrößert ist.

Meine Adapterplatte ist 8mm dick, damit das Klebeband auf beiden Seiten auch zwischen Tür und Adapter bzw. Adapter und Befestigungsplatte passt. Die Maße können im Slicer natürlich auf alle benötigten Größen skaliert werden.

Gedruckt in PLA mit 20% Infill und 0.2mm layer.
Ich habe die Oberseite des gedruckten Adapters leicht angeschliffen, damit das Klebeband besser darauf hält.
