I designed this 3D-printed LED spotlight mount to upgrade the old incandescent light on my lathe.
I printed in Petg on my CoreOne to withstand the heat from the LED light with the following settings:
-0.25mm (structural)
-0.4 HF Nozzle
-5% infill
-5 perimeters
-Gyroid Fill Pattern
Used 165g and took 6h39min to print.
No need for supports, but you should print with the back side (the hole for the cables) pointing the printer bed).
Extra material:
-8x (M3x10) screws with cilinder head
-1x (LED light MR-16 10W 12V DC)
-1x socket adapter for MR-16 led lamp (same as this one: https://tinyurl.com/3wdwtw6h) (attention that i havent ordered from here, its just for information of the model)
1x Glass diameter 64mm (https://a.aliexpress.com//_EIbPd96)(This one i ordered and fitted neatly)
