I printed this in PLA. Colors were red (for Mars) and the rover in white. The small star in upper right represents Earth so I printed this in blue. It is more typical to see it with red and white only though.
The pieces just snap together, add glue if you need it. I also uploaded an all-in-one for those who have an MMU, but it is not tested. You can also use that file and a filament change if you only use two colors (make the star white, too).
Less fill will make it lighter and easier to hang. I used double-sided tape with good results.
