Printing
Everything It is desiged for a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer hight of 0,2mm.
Spool and adapters should be PETG so they can go into the dryer.
Drybox and Lever can be PLA. I Printed the Drybox from transparent PLA.
TPU for gaskets.
A support is benefical for the drybox and also for Spool B. You can use the 3mf-file.
I marked every component with a material symbol in the print files, so if you don't want that or use other material just remove or replace it.
Also I added my logo, feel free to remove it or better replace it with you own.
Assambly
For assambly you need two M3x30mm Screws.

Load Refills
Paper Core
Like: AzureFilm, Spectrum, eSun and so one
Line the groove of the paper core up with the nose on the A-Spool and push them together. If the refill don't settle, just wiggle a little bit.
Screw the B-Spool on until it clicks.
Take the start of the Filament and put it into a fixation hole.
Remove straps.
Das Filament
Add the appropriate adapter.
Insert the filament.
Secure both ends of the filament.
Screw on the spool B.
Remove the cable ties.
Just Filament
Like: Recycling Fabrik
Insert the filament.
Secure both ends of the filament.
Screw on the spool B.
Remove the cable ties.
Story Time
I mostly use refills to avoid pilling up empty spools and refills are easy to store.
But when they are on the masterspool they collect a lot of musture without a drying solution. Drybags are teadies and dryboxes need a lot of space.
Also to store a lot of different masterspools for different manufacturers is stuped.
So I desinged this.
