I made a way to mount an airsoft/tactical flashlight (from aliexpress) on a 30mm OD carbon fiber barrel. Fits fairly snug, mounts with 2 screws, I believe M4. I will do a picatinny one as well later, perhaps.
Print upright, does not really need supports depending on your printer's capabilities.
