J Channel Jig from Homedepot. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ply-Gem-5-8-in-x-1-1-2-in-x-12-6-ft-White-J-Channel-VJC58104H/202666289. One Inch on-center spacing. The Model has a ½ inch and 1 inch from the edge for convenient half measurements. Manual plug for positive stops and to prevent the J channel from moving while drilling. Can be used on a drill press or hand handheld drill.
3 wall, 15% infill Gyroid, bottom layer 3, top layer 3, Tree supports (unfortunately). I used Sunlu PETG.
