A simple design to block of the hole, when the distributor is not used. Preferably milled and turned out from alu though

The plate was made in 5083 cast alu, pre-milled for flatness.
The round plug was made out of PET, I think it was. We do not sort our plastics well at work.
The plate recieves a O-ring with the dimension of 50x3.5mm, so IDxThickness.
The plug can have a o-ring like the stock distributor plate has, I currently went without one and had it use a press fit instead. Though it's plastic so it did deform somewhat. So an o-ring of 45x3.5mm should be used.
One can 3d print these to make a test fit, before sending them off to milled and turned. I do not recommend making the plug out of any 3d printed material, unless you have experience of it working. Also the print orientation to make it dimensionally accurate. Makes it so the layer lines are in the weakest position for this application.
