I made this part to fix a problem i was having, my guilder was holding the gear in place just fine, but i dont know if i had bad bearings from the formbot kit or what the reason was, but the pin holding the guidler gear in place was slowly working its self out of its spot by slowly moving toward the front of the toolhead. This plug has fixed my issue i was having. I cant promise it will fix your extruder issues.
I took the Clockwork 2 main body plate STL that voron supplies and used it to make this plug a perfect fit, i have already reduced its scale to 99% so it should snap in perfectly and prevent the guidler gear pin from moving.
