Printing
The file Juwel Aeroplus Leveler-handle.3mf is normally already prepared with the required pauses.
During printing, the printer must pause to allow the insertion of the M5 DIN 557 square nuts into their slots.
At the pause:
Insert the square nuts into the dedicated slots.
Make sure they are properly seated.
Make sure they do not protrude above the printed surface.
Resume printing.
It is recommended to check the slicer preview before printing to confirm that the pauses are correctly included.
Assembly
Insert the cylindrical grip onto the handle.
Fix the grip with the M5 × 30 DIN 912 screw.
Place the handle onto the metal shaft of the composter.
Fix the handle with the M5 × 40 DIN 912 screw.
Tighten moderately.
The hole diameters are designed for the M5 screws and must not be modified.
Only the hole for the metal shaft of the composter may need to be slightly enlarged if the shaft does not fit correctly. In that case, enlarge only this hole, gradually, until the handle fits without forcing.
