I removed the the thicker double sided tape from the oled and used a thinner piece of double sided scotch tape.

You'll need to insert the IO ports into the back first at an angle.
For the camera lid
camera uses 4 screws: M 2 x 6
accelerometer uses 2 screws: M 2.5 x 6

You'll have to snake a FPC cable around. I used this one since it's more flexible:

The camera is in a weird spot but it's the only place I could fit it without changing the case. You can use the accelerometer to detect how to transform the camera image or rotate the display when you place the case on it's edge.
