While this can be used as a generic magnetically attached case for the WT32-SC01 Plus module, I designed it for use as a status / performance monitor for my computers. As I run quite a few headless systems in my homelab, it is convenient to see the status of a machine, as well as its hostname and ip address.
The firmware also supports the older WT32-SC01 (non plus) module, as I still had some left over from older projects.
Depending on demand I will open source the firmware for the module and the service for the system it is attached to (currently linux only).
