Required hardware
54 switches, this was modeled with low-profile MX-switches in mind
54 1N4148 diodes
1 RP2040-zero
1 M3x4 with countersunk head
4 M2x12
Printing
Material: PLA
Perimiters: 4
Top/bottom layers: 4
Infill: gyroid, I do 8%
Support: I would recommend support on the USB-C port
Assembly
After printing the pieces, testfit the MCU and be careful to not use excessive force, trim the USB-C ports upper edge if needed.
When happy, install the MCU, and the bracket, securing the bracket from the bottom-side with the M3-screw.
Insert the 4 M2x12 in each corner of the shell, screwing them in so they barely make it through, as we need the plate and top-plate in place before screwing in the M2-screws all the way.
Prepare the plate, populate the switches and stabs, bend your diodes and solder the matrix.
Don't worry, you will not make contact with the MCU with the switches.

Flash the firmware of your choice, for getting it up and running quickly you can use KMK and POG.

Have fun! I plan to release a wireless-version in the future once I got the parts.
