I was tasked with designing some tsurikawas and quickly became super annoyed with having to source screws and nuts for the strap clamps. From that frustration was born this design of a screw-less strap clamp that just clips together. Once together, you can simply give the strap a slight twist to pop it apart for removal.
Print them in the orientation seen in the photo.

The clamp is designed for 1" (1 inch) wide webbing. The included template can be used for punching the holes in the strap. The etched squiggly line denotes the side to use at the edges of the strap. So one side will get all 4 holes and then the other side just the 2 holes at the edge.
