Most SKADIS tool mounts seem to require some plastic outline of the tool with hooks. While it looks impressive, it just doesn't work for my process.
This toolbar requires far less time to design around individual tools, so less printing leaves more time to work on other projects.

Inspired by magnetic blocks for kitchen knives but realizing they're designed only for a specific weight and shape of tool, I set out to design something for hand tools that were more secure but still easy to grab.
The magnet is strong, the metal creates ledges for slender tools like screwdrivers and bits, and the SKADIS acts as a backing for larger tools that rotate around the toolbar.
Mounted using M6x20 hex bolts. The 45º angle isn't perfect, but since it was good enough on the first try, I'd rather work on other projects than fidget with this design any further. Print objects on their triangular side for better strength, so you should only need supports for the T-clip hole and the M6 bolt hole.
