I designed this simple cable grommet for my camper to allow cables or hoses with a diameter of up to 9 mm (~11/23") to pass through sheet metal (max. 1.2 mm) without being frayed by the sharp edges of the sheet metal.
Drill diameter for the grommet: 13 mm / 1".
Ideally, print with a flexible filament (in my case: PETG).
If the drill used is a 1"-drill: Scale down by 5 % in the x and y directions.
