SSD1306 0.96" OLED Display Mount
Mount for the common SSD1306 0.96" OLED display. Designed for arcade sticks. Angles the display towards the player.
Mounting material compatibility
The mount was designed for 10 mm thick (0.3937 inch) or shallower material. If mounted in deeper material the angled dupont connectors might get in the way. You could change the connector to JST or solder directly to the PCB to get around this. Or use the source file and re-align the mount opening to a less steep angle.
Versions

Alternative 1
Original design. A smaller opening which shields the display from light glare and prevents light escaping. Prints with the top surface facing down.

Alternative 2A
Alt 2A/B opens the full surface area up for the display.
2A is a single solid body but should be printed in a different orientation than Alt 1 and needs supports.
Alt 2A uses a different cable lock than Alt 1/2B.
Alternative 2B
This version doesn't need supports and thus has a cleaner surface on the reverse side but instead needs to be glued together with the two pins as support. I suggest using common super glue. Since the reverse side normally isn't seen so this shouldn't really matter but I made it anyway.

Cable Lock

The fit around the PCB should be tight enough that the included cable lock isn't needed to hold the screen in place even during transportation, but a user requested such a feature so I included it.

Drill Guide

Put a bit of ink on the points or just press it into the working surface if it is soft enough. The pins are centered for a 10 mm drill bit to create the corners. You probably should allow for 0,5 - 1 mm distance further into the intended mount area for sanding though. So connect the dots with lines and drill just within those lines.
I suggest drilling through the work piece on the four points with a thinner drill first. This lets you find the exact position on the opposite side and draw the outline of the mount there as well. Otherwise you could easily make the hole wider on that end, creating a looser fit.
Print settings
Print settings are setup in the 3mf files.
3 wall loops
20% sparse infill
Standard tree supports for the cable locks and "Body Alt2A"
Print sequence by object
I recommend that the surface parts of Alternative 2A & 2B ("Body Alt2A" and "Body Top Alt2B") use a Concentric top surface pattern for a smoother result.
I tried to make the inner seam go on the surfaces with the steepest angle towards the viewer.
Thanks to the GP2040-CE community for their awesome work.
