This is rotary electrical connector for transferring electrical current in full 360 circle. It has +,-, and GND connection. Also included in documents 3 drawings for cutting out copper connectors in 1:1 scale. It should work for 6v, 12v and 220v current (tested at 220v).
ASSEMBLY
- 3D print Bottom Part and Cover ( best 0.2mm PETG or ABS)
- Print on paper 3 included drawings
- Glue drawings on copper sheet and precisely cut out given forms
- Bend small ears on each form for 90 in same direction
- Cut out 3 pushers (best cut out 3 strips 4mm wide and 13mm long and bend them cca 45 deegres)
- Put coils in Bottom Part (put small amount of super glue under them)
- Put pushers in Cover part (bended part should sit on 3 half balls so they get pressed all the time)
- Connect your wires in order ( biggest coil (+), middle coil(GND), Small Coil (-))
- Hole trough Bottom Part is currently diam. 35,2mm but feel free to change size to your central rode or similar.
- For best and longest use, put some grease on all plastic and copper parts
