I pulled my RPi5 from its shell and installed it into my printer, but wanted to reuse the 3007 fan that was in the RPi case so I made this.

Fan is a friction fit and doesn't require hardware, and the screw holes are designed for M2 hardware.

I've included two variants; a base model, and a modified variant if you are using a 40-pin GPIO connector.

I recommend printing this with a .2mm nozzle since it has small, thin details. It is possible to print with a .4mm nozzle (as I have) but you need to make sure you are printing with as much heat and as little cooling as possible to make the print less brittle.
This model has thin details. A well tuned print and cooling profile are a must.
Designed for .2mm Layer Height, but will print fine at lower layer heights if you're having trouble with overhangs.
Depending on the environment of the RPi, PLA might be fine but PETG minimum is recommend.
All overhangs are 45 degrees and holes are pre-bridged so the base model prints supportless - however the GPIO variant will need supports for the two feet on the 40-pin GPIO connector side.
