The versions I could find online were overcomplicated or plain uncomfortable to use. This is a replacement for a worn thumbstick surface - you will have to peel the old rubber off or it will not fit.
Print in flexible filament. Layer height .1. Top layer concentric. Supports are probably not necessary but you can print the included file, put on a bit of painters tape and drop it in before the overhang layer for good results.
go over it with a lighter to improve the surface texture.
