I wanted to have a windmill on our Riese & Müller Load 75 and the fork was the best place to mount it so it can stay there year round.
What you need:
3D Printed Parts
2 Zip Ties
2 Strips of 1,5mm expanded rubber to put between the printed parts and the fork
1 Wood screw 3mm diameter to secure the pole of the Windmill
Windmill with 10mm pole diameter, i used this one
The parts get ziptied together. Between the printed parts and the fork i left a gap to put some expanded rubber to increase friction and ensure everything stays in place. The hight of the windmill is adjustable by simply not inserting all the way.
