I use PETG but PLA would also be fine
Print with top of stand on the print bed
Assembly Instructions
After print cools, add metal weights. Push in with screwdriver. Back holes can add 2 balls, front 1. Holes for 21 balls.
Cut and insert furniture pad into base
Push fit together the base and the stand
