I have a BOSCH GKS 18V-LI and it fits perfect.
The two parts are mounted with flat head screws M4x 12 or longer screws:

Two heat inserts from Ruthex M4x8.1 are needed:

The alignment can be improved with a fixation pin 4x30. Use a try square to align the two parts before tightening.
I used CF filled PLA. All other materials like PETG, etc will work as well.
To be sure the middle guidance between tool and saw has the correct geometry, the fillament shall be dry. Otherwise the saw will be hard to push along, resulting in an unseable tool.
