Modular under desk drawer system. There are two different mounts available, one for the sides and one for inbetween the drawers which makes it possible to choose how many drawers you want to use.
You need to have a depth of >=25 cm available under your desk to mount the drawers.
The inner dimensions of the drawers are L: 240 mm x W: 190 mm x H: 57 mm.
Everything is fully printable on the standard sized Prusa printbeds (250x220mm). To maximize the usable depth of the drawer the handle is printed seperately.
The drawer uses standard (cheap) 182x17 mm drawer slides to make them pleasant to use without binding/rubbing.
The following Hardware is required:
Drawer Slides: 182x17 mm (like https://amzn.eu/d/9qKP9do)
M2x6 screws and M2 Nuts (4 per drawer) to attach the handles
M4x6 or M4x8 screws (4 per drawer) to attach the drawer to the threaded holes in the slides
Optionally also M4 washers
M4x8 or M5x8 screws + washers & nuts (2 per drawer) to attach the drawer to the back hole of the slides (only for additional rigidity)
M3x6 pan head screws + M3 Heatset inserts (5mm or 6mm) to mount the slides to the brackets (min 4 per drawer
You need to use pan head screws to not block the drawer slides (countersunk screws might also work but I didn't test that)
Although 2 screws per slide are likely enough, you have the option to use up to 4 in the outer mounting bracket and 3 in the inner mounting bracket.
You might also need M3 washers to prevent the screwheads from sliding through the rail, since I'm not sure how normed these slides are
Wood screws for screwing the drawers to your desk (double sided tape also should work dpending on desk material & tape used)
3.5 mm x 40 mm for the inner mounting bracket (2 or 3 per bracket). You can also use other sizes which fit your needs. The holes in the print have a diameter of 3.5 mm and a length of 29 mm,
3.5 mm x 16 mm for the outer brackets (2 or 3 per bracket). Here you can also use user sizes. The hole has a diameter of 3.5 mm and a length of 10 mm
