Smooth AFC Bypass allows for automatic filament changer primary operation as well as a secondary PTFE inlet to operate in "Bypass mode".
The smooth bypass has a very gentle bypass filament path to make loading and filament feeding very easy and reduce friction.
Three variations are available, the larger the bypass unit is the easier and less friction there will be on filament as the radius of the filament path is much larger.
For mounting on the left side of the printer. To mount on the opposite side, mirror the object in the slicer.
Assembly:
press fit 3 ECAS into the openings on either end
install ball bearing and d2f switch if desired
recommend wiring d2f as normally closed

1 M3x8
1 M3 roll in nut or T-nut
3 ECAS fittings
1 D2F switch without lever (OPTIONAL)
2 M2x10 self tapping screws to retain D2F (OPTIONAL)
1 5.5mm ball bearing for sensor (OPTIONAL)
Print settings:
Standard Voron print settings (4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, 4 top and bottom layers, 0.2mm layer height, ABS or ASA)
