This is a Side Shelf for the 46" x 18" Husky mobile workbench cabinet. It is designed to mount to the side of the workbench using the existing holes and M6 bolts. Two 8mm or 5/16" rods are used to attach the center shelf to the two side brackets and provide additional strength. This is not intended to be used for heavy duty work, so don't expect that you can hammer away at something resting on it, but it is fairly strong and provides the worktop with additional space for laying out tools or materials.
Printing
I printed this entirely in cheap PLA I had lying round, I used 5x5x5 walls/top/bottom and 25% infill. The center section of the shelf is too long to print on standard beds, so I printed on a 270mm wide printer, but I've designed a split version of it that you can use to print on a standard sized printer. Note that the split version is not tested and is provided as is.
All files are provided as STEP files only. These will import into any modern slicer.
