Makes it possible to adjust the distance between the Z screws and Rods, so that the screws and rods remain perfectly parallel throughout Z travel. It also decreases wear on the screws and trapezoid nut in case the distance between the Z screws and rods are not the same just above the nut and at the base of the motor mount.
