VKB Gladiator NXT Mount Adapter

This is a mount adapter for the VKB Gladiator NXT Flight Stick. I created specifically to be mounted to my HUYE 60*20 Desk mount as I was getting tired of it's mounting plates catching my leg because they stuck out the side. This is a small footprint adapter that's meant to fit the profile of the VKB Gladiator Base Plate, THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE BASE PLATE!

I designed this to be a quick print that would be fast, strong, and require as little filament as possible (~52.6g) while still retaining a strong structure to hold the Gladiator to the desk mount. Cut out was was designed into the center to reduce material use, not to be a access to internals. Center holes are sized at M5 with chamfer to allow the flat head bolts that came with the mount to fit more flush with it's surface, they should thread into the holes.

Link to the HUYE mount this is designed for, I'm sure this exact model is used with other companies and should be fine as long as the mount dimensions are the same, Pictures provided.

Print Settings I used:

Material Used - Elegoo Rapid PETG (Any PETG or stronger would suffice, PLA+ may also work but not tested)

Layer Height - 0.3mm (Printed with a 0.6 Nozzle to reduce time, if using 0.4 then use 0.2mm Layer Height)

Wall Loops - 4 (2 may be fine but I chose 4 to add extra strength)

Sparse Infill Density - 20% (I'd recommend no lower than 15% but it may be fine at 10%)

Top/Bottom Surface Pattern - Monotonic Line (My personal preference to leave smooth surfaces)

Support - None

Brim/Mouse Ears - None

File provided as STEP so you can more easily make adjustments if you want to make a offset or remix to some capacity.
