I've made this enclosure for a Suzuki Tachometer, however it should work with any 85mm gauge.

I've made this enclosure for a Suzuki Tachometer, however it should work with any 85mm gauge.
I have a round and a square model (I like better the square).
Both models are secured using 8 × M4 screws.
The enclosure provides an internal depth of up to 86.74 mm to accommodate the gauge body.
The gauge is mounted at a 15° angled position for improved visibility.

Added the square part printed in higher quality - 0.16 (ABS-GF). The round is printed in PETG, with 0.2 layers.
Added the cap I am using with my Suzuki tachometer.

For my own application, the ABS-GF was cracking because of a uneven surface it was bolted down. I've printed it in PETG with Fuzz Skin and it is PERFECT, it will be given for the uneven surface and matches the texture of my boat console (Raptor painting). Last 2 pictures.
