This mount was designed for personal use and shared with some users of a brazilian Two Trees printers and Klipper Telegram group with great success. It's missing a few information due to the incomplete documentation and you'll probably have to figure out a few things by yourself such as screws lengths and brass inserts map, which is not a hard task because the main focus was to create a modular mount with great stiffness that would allow easy maintenance and that's easily understandable with the STEP file provided. This mount by no means try to be an universal mount that will fits all kind of parts, but it was made to possibly allow easy modification for more options.

The mount uses 4010 blowers for part cooling and a front 4010 fan for the hotend (no 3010, unless you mod the front intake piece like a few users did).

Honorable mention to jaanik's belt tensioner, this project was built on a heavily modified version of his project (thing:3965545).

Compatible hotends:
- NF Crazy (except Volcano)
- TZ V6 2.0 and 3.0

Compatible extruders:
- Orbiter V2.0 and V2.5
- Sherpas Mini, Micro and Heavy
- ProtoXtruder V1.0 and V2.0
- Possibly many others as there are plenty of room for mounting.

Compatible CAN bus boards:
- BTT EBB42 v1.0 and possibly Mellow SHT42 V1 (I didn't checked for the Mellow, but it seems to have the same footprint)
- BTT EBB36 V1.1/1.2 and Mellow SHT36 V1
- Possibly others like MKS THR36/42, BTT EBB36/EBB42 GEN2 and Mellow SHT36 V2/V3 (clearance and footprint must be checked and mount created).

The mount was designed to be directly compatible with M3 x 4(L) x 4.5mm(OD) or 5mm(OD) knurled brass inserts, but there is a few assembly warnings, tips and advises:
- You DON'T NEED to cut your belt. 6mm belts are supported (SP5 original belt has 5.6mm).
- DO NOT USE inserts with straight knurls (typically designed for injection molding) or with less than 4.5mm outer diameter, specially on the belt tensioner as the unsatisfactory anchoring may be not enough to withstand the belt tension.
- AVOID inserts longer than 4mm, as a few spots may not be compatible due to depth restrictions. Most spots will happily accept longer inserts, but may require modifying the STEP files since the whole mount was designed to be used with 4mm depth length inserts.
- Almost all spots with inserts has an extra 3mm depth for the M3 screws for better clearance.
- Prefer to use a tap on the fewer spots that uses direct screw on plastic (M3 on optional fan holes and M2 on 4010 blower mounts).
- The two M3 x 8mm screws needed to join the two main body parts need to sit perfectly flush at the end of the brass insert, or it will cause issues when you try to fit the rear belt clamps.
- If you are using a CAN BUS, there is no need for the bottom mount accelerometer because the board is mounted on a very rigid spot. Extruder rear mounted CAN board is very bad because of the stepper heat and flimsy mounts that can cause bad shaper readings and undesirable extra resonance.
- CAN bus option will take a 10mm margin out of your bed rear to save the cable and connector from scratching against the top frame, and will obligatory need sensorless homing for the X axis (not available on TMC2208 and TMC2225 drivers), which implies drivers connected in TMC UART mode.
- SPI/I2C ADXL348/MPU6050 bottom mount accelerometers has a 15mm holes spacing. If you want to use Mellow or Fysetc USB accelerometers, move the holes apart +0.25mm from the center axis since their mount holes are 15.5mm apart.
- Make sure to mount the fans and their ducts in the right direction! The mounts are reversible, but if they are in the wrong direction, it will negatively affect your part cooling capabilities. Check the model to make sure your are doing the right thing.
- Klicky probe has a convoluted assembly and configuration, make sure to check jlas1/Klicky-Probe GitHub for directions (I'll upload my MG90s retractable dock solution later).

Partial BOM (too lazy to check and properly list everything needed, please check the model):

22 brass inserts for minimal use, and optional
+2 for SPI/I2C ADXL348/MPU6050 bottom mount accelerometers OR Klicky Probe bottom mount, both CANNOT be used at same time.
+4 for BTT EBB42 OR +2 EBB36/Mellow SHT36 CAN bus.
+2 for BLTOUCH/3D TOUCH mount (there is no need for it if you are using Klicky).
+2 for direct drive extruder mount plates (any).
