This is an adapter to allow an old Electrolux upholstery powerhead to work with a new vacuum hose available on amazon. It is the Electrolux Sidekick upholstery powerhead, model 1562, from the early 90's. The hose is a HANMI HMC HA-494xx.
There are no modifications required for the head or the hose. I printed the connector part at 100% but it is probably okay with default infill as well. Place a brass threaded insert, M4xD6xL6, into the connector part using a hot iron. Then, unscrew the bottom hatch cover, place the connector pins and wires in the connector holder, put the hatch cover back in place and fasten screws. Now slide the adapter part in place and secure with an M4x12 countersunk screw. You can use double sided tape if you want.
Print settings...use support on bed. I recommend 100% infill for connector part.
