This is my implementation of a Gridfinity grid for a wide IKEA ALEX drawer using the Perplexing Labs generator. The walls of the plates are only 1.2mm high as it does not need to be load bearing, and to save on filament.
To print this yourself, just print 6 of the 4x5 plate, and 4 of the 1x5 sides. Clips are optional, and join plates at the intersection.
I printed this in Overture Black PETG with a 0.4mm CHT nozzle on a Core One with default settings on "0.20mm BALANCED" in Prusa Slicer.
Do note that there is a small gap at the top of the drawer, but I have not noticed any sliding of the plate as there is enough friction to keep it in place.
