Inspired by the model made by Luma for the T4, I made this one on the same principle, on Freecad.
Two options: balls printed or purchased 10 mm metal balls (30 balls). Both are OK, but I suppose durability of the printed balls could be limited. there are 2 versions of the bearing spacer, one for metal round balls and another one if you go for printed balls (not completly spheric).
All printend in PETG, 0.2 mmm layer, with reinforced number of perimeters, few pieces with 15% infill, the 2 bearing raceways with 25% infill.
As the size of the T8 is bigger than the T4, one piece (the rotative base) must be separated into 2 pieces to fit on the printing surface of my Prusa MK3.5,. All assembling done with Epoxy 2 components. Tested with my T8, this make the job for a low cost compared to the price of the original one.
